Education provides the foundations through which to create a sustainable society with the ability to have informed involvement in projects and policies that directly affect them – rather than passive acceptance or resistance. In societies that have been fragmented access to education is both essential and problematic.

Therefore, Hayaan’s research focuses on analysis of effective implementation of the country’s national education policies, strategies and programmes.

Hayaan has the relevant experience and technical capacity for instituting effective educational systems in areas where the infrastructure is weakened by disruption. Our focus includes support of educational systems (primary, secondary and tertiary education), adult learning and girls’ education.
